Assistant Trial Attorney and Trial Attorney

The Thirteenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office is seeking both entry level and experienced trial attorneys. Positions are available in Sandoval, Valencia and Cibola Counties. Enjoy the convenience of working near a metropolitan area while gaining valuable trial experience in a smaller office, providing the opportunity to advance more quickly than is afforded in larger offices. Salary commensurate with experience.

Legal Assistant

The Thirteenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office is seeking both entry level and experienced

Legal Assistants in our Sandoval County Office in Bernalillo, NM. This position provides secretarial assistance to the staff and requires knowledge of the criminal justice system, Case Management System (CMS) skills and ability to merge documents preferred. Ability to manage time, establish and meet deadlines, communicate effectively and follow directions and policies. Detail oriented. Position available depends on experience level achieved. Salary is also dependent on experience. Minimum requirements are High School Diploma or GED, plus two years work experience in a related field. Positions available until filled.
